When the service was supposedly completed, I was presented with a bill that was significantly higher than expected, with no itemized breakdown or explanation of the charges. Even more concerning, my autoclave was withheld until payment was made, leaving me in a position where I felt pressured and without options.

Being put in a situation where critical equipment is essentially held until an unclear and unverified payment is made is not just frustrating—it is unacceptable.
